HostSky provides web hosting, cloud hosting, virtual private servers (VPS), dedicated servers, domain registration, and related infrastructure services. All service details, pricing, and billing cycles are available on our website and client area.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. HostSky is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized account access caused by user negligence.
You may not use HostSky services for any illegal or abusive activities, including but not limited to spam distribution, malware hosting, phishing, DDoS attacks, copyright infringement, or content that violates applicable laws and regulations.
All services are billed in advance unless otherwise stated. Failure to complete payment may result in service suspension or termination. Prices are subject to change with prior notice.
Refund eligibility is subject to the service type and billing terms. VPS, dedicated servers, licenses, and setup fees are non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued in cases of abuse or policy violations.
While HostSky strives to maintain high availability, uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. Temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance or unforeseen technical issues.
Customers are responsible for managing and backing up their own data. HostSky is not liable for data loss, even if backup services are provided.
HostSky reserves the right to suspend or terminate services at its discretion for violations of these Terms, abuse, or illegal activities. Upon termination, all associated data may be permanently deleted.
HostSky shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.
HostSky reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable international commercial laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
